Most products on our platforms are digital in nature and physical return may not be applicable. However, if you are not satisfied with the offerings, you can ask for a refund which is managed as per below rules.
- eBooks: All eBooks are sent as PDF to your mailbox. Since they are digitally transmitted with lifetime access, no refund will be provided.
- Courses: We do not own any course as such. These are 3rd party affiliate meditation sessions not managed by us. Please contact original seller for refunds if any.
- Physical product: We do not manufacture any physical product. These are 3rd party supplements for managing stress effectively. Since we promote only affiliate links, no refunds are possible at our end. Please contact original seller for refunds if any.
- Personal consultancy: These are volatile in nature. Depending on your problem, our consultancy may be one time or recurring on monthly basis.
- For one time consultancy – you can ask refund within first 45 days. No questions will be asked.
- For recurring subscriptions – you can ask refund till beginning of 2nd payment cycle. This means, if you made 1st payment on 4th January 2024 then refund can be claimed before 2nd payment i.e., 4th February 2024.
- If you need refund for whatever reasons, then please contact us via form and your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
